Lunapads 

Since 1993, Lunapads have stood apart from other cloth pads because of their unique designs, gorgeous fabrics & professional construction. All styles are available in vibrant 100% cotton prints and colors, or 100% certified cream-colored organic cotton. 

Pads are designed to meet needs ranging from light to very heavy menstrual flow, as well as light or stress incontinence. Every Pad comes with a removable fleece Liner to adjust for optimal absorption and comfort; simply replace the Liner to freshen your Pad. 

Pantyliners are ideal for daily discharge and very light menstrual flow. Pantyliners are worn on their own and are not compatible with Liners (which are intended for use with Pads or Deluxe Lunapanties).

Liners 

Liners are what make Lunapads so uniquely versatile and functional. 

Made of two layers of highly absorbent fleece, Liners are held in place with ric-rac bands in "pad-style" Lunapads or Deluxe Lunapanties. Liners allow you to enhance the absorbency and freshness of the Pads and Panties: just add or change the Liners - it's that simple! Choose the style, size and fabric to meet your unique needs. 

*Note: Liners are meant for use with Lunapads or Deluxe Lunapanties, and should not be confused with Pantyliners, which are available in the Lunapads section of the site.

Lunapanties 

Lunapanties are our very own all-in-one padded "period panties". 

Choose Regular Lunapanties (featuring a built-in 100% cotton fleece gusset) for daily needs, very light flow or as backup protection for The Diva Cup, or Deluxe Lunapanties (additionally featuring a water-resistant nylon lining and ric-rac bands to hold Liners) for light to heavy menstrual flow. 

Lunapanties are popular choices for maternity underwear (both for prenatal and post natal use) as well as for incontinence, for those with light leakage.
